WAVE™ audits are a breeze to administer.

Find a local Wave Global delivery partner who can setup an audit for you. If there are none in your area and you have the expertise to analyse and act on the audit results, contact us and we will get you started.

Clarify the outcomes you want
Customise the audit (optional)
Ensure that key people are clear about benefits
Decide who to survey (managers and/or other staff)
Decide start and finish dates
Notify respondents
Logon and setup your audit; or get your delivery partner or us to do it

SURVEY

WAVE™ uses two questionnaires, one each for executives and other staff, and a data sheet.
People enter their responses online.

Following set up, you will receive an email with links to your audit questionnaires. There are links for each questionnaire, and a link for tracking responses.

Forward a link to each group of respondents
If necessary, organise "pen and paper" surveys
Track response rates online using the link we supply
Follow up people who are late responding

REPORT

When the audit finishes you get the WAVE Strategy Charts and Statistics Report as an e-mail attachment in Microsoft Excel 2000 or 97.
Decide how to present/distribute the findings.

For a standard audit, without customisation or multiple sites
Planning - 2-4 hours

Data collection - 1-2 weeks

Completing questionnaires

Executives - 45 minutes
Staff - 25 minutes

Working with the Reports

Quick review - 1 hour

Final report - 1-2 days per report, if you are accredited
